Isolated Rabbit Eye (IRE) Test Method

Exposes isolated rabbit eyes (obtained from animals previously euthanized for research or those commercially sacrificed) to test substance and evaluates corneal swelling, corneal opacity, fluorescein retention, and effects on the corneal epithelium.
